Dough:
- 3.5 cups 440g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet 2.25 tsp instant yeast
- 1/4 cup 50g granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup 120ml warm milk
- 1/4 cup 60ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup 60g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup 60ml warm water
Egg Wash:
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tbsp water
Dough Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, salt) in a bowl.
Blend wet ingredients (milk, condensed milk, butter, egg, water) separately.
Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a sticky dough.
Shaping & Baking:
Divide dough into 8–10 balls and arrange in a greased pan.
Let rise again for 30–40 minutes.
Brush with egg wash and bake at 350°F/175°C for 20–25 minutes.
