Ingredients
  

Main Components

  • 1 lb 450g boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed

Marinade

  • ¼ cup 60ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Skewers & Garnish

  • Wooden/metal skewers soaked if wooden
  • Extra Parmesan parsley, lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken

  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken cubes, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 30+ minutes.

Assemble Skewers

  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving small gaps.

Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serve

  • Garnish with extra Parmesan, parsley, and lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Substitutions: Use chicken thighs for juicier results or nutritional yeast for dairy-free.
  • Storage: Refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer.
  • Extra Crispy: Add panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
