Main Components
- 1 lb 450g boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
Marinade
- ¼ cup 60ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Skewers & Garnish
- Wooden/metal skewers soaked if wooden
- Extra Parmesan parsley, lemon wedges (optional)
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken cubes, toss to coat, and refrigerate for 30+ minutes.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
